I'm really upset because that's over 1000$ worth of music production software I am unable to use because of a simple mistake I made. If I close Native access during the "activating" phase, it closes fine, but trying to open the Kontakt (or any product's). The location I have set for the NA content is a legitimate location, yet it still doesn't seem to work. The docedeinstall command is available only on Linux.
Removing the programs made it so that all the products (Excluding non NI products) stopped showing as "demo", but the infinite "Activating" issue still occurred. You cannot remove Db2 database products using a native operating system utility, such as rpm or SMIT.

I had it on for almost 2 hours and (Kontakt for example) wouldn't finish.Īfter looking online, I went and deleted all the installed NI programs in the windows program remover. Since info for NA install status is stored in the registry there may be an issue with the Windows uninstall process that does not completely remove all registry entries for 'some' products (also make sure to close and reopen Native Access in case it is just a refresh issue).
After it finished the "installing" progress, it was stuck at "activating" infintely. So, I angrily tried to start the grueling process of installing almost 200 products all over again, but I ran into an issue.
By the time I realized what I had done, it was too late, and every product I have was marked in NA as "Demo". I've made a huge mistake while I was cleaning my computer for space, and accidentally deleted the default Native Access content folder.
